Here are some rules that all StarClan members must follow!!

Dreams
1. You must get permission from me, preferably through pm, before you send someone a dream or prophecy, unless it is pre-decided through a site plot.
2. You cannot send more than two dreams per month, unless a site prophecy requires you to or I tell you that you can.
3. Your dream must be obscure, and not something like, "Hey, RiverClan's attacking tomorrow at sunhigh! Get ready!" The images in the dream must be abstract and confusing, as well as the message. It's always nice to have a poem in the prophecy/dream, but it's okay if it's not.
4. You can only send dreams to cats in the clan you once belonged to.
5. When you send cats a dream, tell them that you are sending them one through pm, then they should create a thread or reply to an old one saying that 'Examplepelt flopped down, her eyelids closing.' and then you give the dream. If the prophecy is during awaking hours, just RP it that way.
Other
1. StarClan attends gatherings! They are not seen and not heard/felt, but they watch. You may only talk to StarClan cats.
2. Appearing to a group of cats, such as in a gathering, is a big deal, and you MUST pm me first and get confirmed, unless I told you to already or it is part of a site plot.
3. You may not decide a queen's kits unless I give you that power.
