Here are the rules for the exchanging hands board and processes.

People Giving up Accounts:
1. Think it through before you post here. Once someone accepts the offer, you cannot take it back.
2. Be honest about what you changed the password to, it's not funny to prank someone and you will be punished.
3. Give a link to all of that account/character's info, esp. the bio.
4. You are not permitted to sell high-ranking accounts - if you do, they will be demoted IC to warrior first, before being sold. Leaders may not be sold, but they can die and their new StarClan position as a former leader can be offered.
5. You may demand a price for your cat, but nothing higher than 10 Fresh-Kill is permitted, and only that high if your cat is special. (You bought a permit for that character for it to be a tortie tom, or have an unusual connection with StarClan though he/she is not a med.cat, etc.)
6. Title your thread with Your Name + Clan + Rank. (Ex. Snowflight, WindClan Warrior)
People Receiving Accounts:
1. Be respectful to the account. Do not get it only to destroy it.
2. By accepting this account you have made a commitment. You are not allowed to start a business by adopting then re-selling accounts. Once bought, you must be loyal to the account for at least three full months before re-offering it.
3. When the transfer is totally complete, return to the original thread, modify the first post, and put '[C]' next to the subject/title.
