Name: Willowstar
Age: 27 moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: Thuderclan
Rank/Position: Leader
Appearance: A dark brown on light marbled tabby. (Which is like a regular tabby, but the marks are bigger and swirlier.) She has oddly big dark blue eyes. Willowstar is also very small. Which is odd, since she is part bengal (really big cats) an still barely bigger than an apprentice.
Personality: Willowstar can seem a bit... harsh. She's kind to the kits ad elders, etc etc, but everyone else should be on their best behavior. She expects everyone to put in 110% each day. She's not a big believer on off days. There are bad days, but that shouldn't stop the prey from coming in.
She also has a temper. Willowstar can't stand herself or her friends being insulted. After one remark, she ha been known to jump on others. Now that she's leader, Willowstar is working to control her temper. It' working... sort of.
Along with her vices, Willowstar is exclusive. She is friendly and nice with her friends, normally easing up on her temper. She opens up to her companions quickly. But to everyone else, she is very cold and tense.
The one good thing about Willowstar, is her loyalty. She never forgets a promise or helpful deed. And she il run to anyone's aid in battle. Of course, she expects the loyalty to be mutual.
History: Willowkit- kit--Willowkit was the daughter of Leopardtail and Mackeralleaf. She had a sister, Maplekit, as well. When Willowkit was born the medicine cat, Frozenwing, was very worried. Willowkit was very small, almost half the size of her sister. Frozenwing did her best, but believed the kit would be dead by Moonhigh.
She wasn't.
The next day Frozenwing came in to see Willowkit, tumbling over her sister with ease. With that, te medicine cat knew she would be alright,
Willowpaw-apprentice-- On the day of her sixth moon, Willowkit was so excited. Finally she would learn to fight and protect her clan. She was apprenticed to Froststorm, a she-cat who was still a new warrior but respected within the clan. Willowpaw trained long an hard, harder than most apprentices. She was determined to be a great fighter, despite her size. When BloodClan attacked, Willowpaw was actually excited. She couldn't wait to fight.
Then she saw the battle field.
What a horrible sight to see. Blood everywhere. Warriors dying left and right. On that day, Willowpaw promised tht if she was ever leader, she would do her best to avoid war.
When a badger attacked camp, Willowpaw was injured badly and scent to the medicine cats den. But when no one saw a second badger walk into the nursery, Willowpaw couldn't just site there. She ran as fast as she could with the wound in her side, and stood between the kits and badger until the warriors got there. On that day Froststorm decided it was time she become a warrior, and Oakstar gave her the name Willowheart.
Willowheart-warrior--Now 16 moons, she was a warrior. Oh the pride that swarmed through her whenever someone said her name. Though many of her fellow warriors called he Willowheartless. This made Willowheart furious, and twice a senior warrior had to pull her out of a fight. That's when she realized something. Willowheart had gone through all her training and work without one single friend. Even her apprentice, Mudpaw was sick of her nagging.
That changed quickly when Featherdance became a warrior. Many disapproved of the medicine cat turned warrior, but Willowheart didn't. She admired her stubborn ambition of avenging her mother, and they became fast friends
Willowheart-deputy-- When Willowheart was 26 Flametail died. Oakstar made Willowheart deputy. And boy, was she a great deputy. She has always wanted to be her deputy, and did her best to make everyone work together. Once more, the name Willowheartless was said more than once amoung the ranks. But no one could doubt Willowheart's commitment. She worked day and night, taking double patrols. Finally, cats were starting to respect her.
Willowstar-Leader-- One moon. After one moon of being deputy Oakstar was shot. A small, circular wound right through his heart. Now she was leader. And she had to pick a deputy, fast. At first she chose Featherdance, knowing her friend would support her. But she couldn't. Frozenwing had been killed as well, so Featherdance had to return to the world of medicine. So, after much thought, Willowstar choose Sunshadow for deputy, hoping the young warrior was up to the task.
That night Featherdance took Willowstar to Moonstone to receive her nine lives. When she awoke in Fourtrees a sparkling cat stepped forward, Flametail. He said: "With this life I give you assurance. Do not waver on decisions.
Frozenwing came next and said. "With this life I give you truth. Never lie to your clan.
Then Snowfoot. "With this life I give you hope. Even in the darkest times, remember it."
Then Adderkit. "With this life I give you love. From the tiniest kit to the oldest elder, love your clan."
Then Shadowpool. "With this life I give you courage. Not bravery, but humble courage."
Then Leafpaw. "With this life I give you tolerance. Respect the ways of the other cats."
Then Nettleleaf. "With this life I give you wisdom. Use it wisely."
Then Poppyheart. "With this life I give you strength. Be strong even in the darkest of nights."
Lastly, Oakstar came up. "With this life I give you freedom. Do not be a slave to your responsibilities."
All the cats faded, and Willowstar walked off, StarClan's chanting of her ne name still ringing in her ears.
RP Sample: A hunting patrol. It had been far too long since she had gone on a hunting patrol. She jumped on a near by squirrel, killing it in one-bite.
"I dare you to eat pine leaves." A voice meowed.
"What are you two doing. You should be hunting.
"Sorry, Willowstar. We were just playing." Swallowpaw meowed.
"Hunting time isn't play time. Get back to work." She snarled.
"Okay, okay. Sorry." Swallowpaw meowed, then whispering to his friend. "Dare you to go into the Twoleg territory."
"If you two don't have mice by the time I get back I'll dare you to clean the elders pelts!"
The two apprentices ran off in random directions, searching for prey. Yes, Willowstar had been a bit harsh. But she couldn't stand the idea of Blazeheart complaining a moon more about the lack of fresh kill.
