Here are a couple Out of Business Rules that you must follow if you wish to do something with OOB stores.

1. You may pm a member once requesting an item that was once offered but is now OOB, but once you get a 'no' reply, NEVER, I repeat, NEVER ask again.
2. You also may pm a member requesting to take their store name, but same rejection rules apply as above. You must also fill out the application form as usual if you do use an already-used store name, and that name must be relevant to what you are selling.
But, you are free to browse anytime you like, to get ideas or just to look around!
